I found this pattern for doll clothes at an antique mall up in Michigan. It seems complete for an 18" doll. It was printed in 1966. I love the coat and hat and the the little red dress.

I was given a 20 inch pedigree doll when I was a child and it is very difficult to get patterns like this, so you are lucky to have it. I have been fortunate enough to get a couple of patterns through Etsy as I’ve taken up a renewed interest in making clothes for her. Also looking through Pinterest, there are extremely clever people ‘out there’ who make the most amazing doll clothes - it’s a great interest.
